You can occasionally purchase a Proof but an MS or Circ MS coin nearly impossible!!

First I've had Circ in 15+ years!!!

Light gray with no problems!

Centers both sides are weak as dies in their early life clashed distorting design on Obverse and corresponding Reverse!
