I travel the United States several times per year attending Trade Shows and deal with people all the time. I realize that my reputation and my business is only as good as my word! I strive to provide numismatic items to clients that are exactly what they desire. If, for some reason, they have a change of heart and decide that it doesn't suit them I will be glad to refund (based on the complexity of the deal), and/or replace the merchadise. I will even part out inventory in trade to satisfy a customer. My time is valuable and often other demands pre-occupy my immediate attention but I will always satisfy a customer's account. I am a fair and honest dealer wanting to conduct business with fair and honest people.

It is important to exercise caution when purchasing coins. You should know your dealer and make sure they are experienced and reputable. Most dealers offer a "grace period" to allow inspection and return (if you are not satisfied) of numismatic purchases. No one dealer can specialize in all types and denominations of coins so if you are interested in many different types of coins you may have to seek the advise of several suppliers.

Even expert numismatists and specialists have to occasionally seek advise. If you are a novice a good way to begin your quest for knowledge is to simply purchase a "Red Book", subscribe to "Coin World", and "Numismatic News".The aforementioned publications both issue a supplemental "Trends" or "Pricing Guide". A subscription to "CDN" is highly recommended. "CDN", "Coin Dealer Newsletter" sets the " industry" standard and offers continual market pricing to the Dealer and the Collector.

The best way to gain exception in this industry is to attend trade shows and compare coins, grades, and prices at different tables on the bourse. Even if you are a seasoned veteran it is imperative to keep abreast of the ever changing coin market.
