Strange coin as it has 5 solid letters of "LIBERTY"!

Mintage only 8,000 and perhaps 150 - 200 pieces survived -- except Proofs!

Decent eye appeal, but has a few minor reverse scratches.

Otherwise no major issues commensurate with grade.

Guaranteed "P" mint!

Great rare coin for someone @ $1395.
