Some would call AU, but we are calling this a very nice toned XF+ coin.
The obverse center a tad softly struck while the reverse is really a razor sharp AU!
Great looking coin for date, variety or type.
XF = $1700, AU = $4000.
This, a great purchase for someone @ $2450.
